The Slovak Innovation and Energy Agency (SIEA) is a governmental agency of the Slovak Republic implementing programs and projects in the fields of energy efficiency, renewable energy, and innovation, supporting companies, municipalities, and public institutions. It also acts as the national implementation and coordination body for funding instruments and advisory services in the energy and innovation sectors.

SPP-distribúcia, a.s.
SPP-D is the gas distribution company of Slovakia and a future operator of the hydrogen network, playing a key role in the country’s hydrogen industry.

eustream, a.s.
The Slovak gas transmission system operator and future hydrogen network operator will play a key role in both the Slovak and EU hydrogen economy.

TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF KOŠICE (TUKE)
The Technical University of Košice (TUKE) is the founder of the CVVT (Centre for Research of Hydrogen Technologies) and plays a leading role in hydrogen research in Slovakia.

HYDROECONOMY TECHNOLOGY CLUSTER Kft (HYETC)
The Hydroeconomy Technology Cluster LLC (HYETC), based in Győr, focuses on the development of green hydrogen solutions for industrial applications in Central and Eastern Europe.

INTERNATIONAL AGENCY FOR DEVELOPMENT AND RESOURCE COORDINATION
The National Agency for Development and Resource Coordination (NFFKÜ) is a Hungarian semi-governmental institution managing public programmes for the financing of sustainable energy projects.

CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY OF GYŐR-MOSON-SOPRON COUNTY (GYMSMKIK)
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Győr-Moson-Sopron County (GYMSMKIK) represents the businesses of the Hungarian county of Győr-Moson-Sopron. GYMSMKIK contributes to the exploration and identification of potential value chains and actively collaborates with stakeholders in the Győr region.

WIEN ENERGIE GMBH
Wien Energie GmbH is Austria’s largest regional energy provider and a subsidiary of Wiener Stadtwerke. Wien Energie contributes to the mapping and identification of value chains and plays a leading role in project development and implementation.

ENERGY INSTITUTE AT JOHANNES KEPLER UNIVERSITY LINZ (EI-JKU)
The Energy Institute at JKU Linz (EI-JKU) participates in around 100 research and development projects annually, aiming to further develop an energy system that positively impacts living conditions, the economy, and the environment. Within the project, EI-JKU leads competence development in the areas of policy, technology, and financing. In addition, EI-JKU contributes to the mapping and identification of value chains and supports the development of the project pipeline.

HÖDLMAYR – HUNGÁRIA LOGISTICS Kft
Hödlmayr specialises in the entire transport chain – from vehicle collection at the plant or import port to delivery to car dealers or fleet owners. Hödlmayr contributes to the project through the development of mobility and logistics projects as well as the evaluation and commentary of the results of the competence development work package.

SLOVAK NATIONAL HYDROGEN ASSOCIATION (NVAS)
The Slovak National Hydrogen Association (NVAS) was established in 2015 on the joint initiative of natural and legal persons with the objective of promoting the research, development, and deployment of new technologies actively utilizing hydrogen and fuel cells.

NAFTA a.s.
NAFTA is the operator of the Slovak natural gas and future hydrogen storage system, which will play a key role in the future hydrogen ecosystem. NAFTA is an associated partner of the project.

KOŠICE SELF-GOVERNING REGION (KSK)
The Košice Self-Governing Region (KSK) in the Slovak Republic is the coordinator of the EASTGATE Hydrogen Valley and an associated partner of the project participants within the investor panel. KSK will act as a multiplier and communication channel to reach the regional population and stakeholders, while unlocking new opportunities for the EASTGATE Hydrogen Valley.

HUN-REN ENERGY RESEARCH CENTRE (HUN-REN EK)
The HUN-REN Energy Research Centre (HUN-REN EK) conducts international basic, applied, and development research in the fields of nuclear energy, functional materials and nanosystems, environmental protection, energy efficiency, and security of supply. The research community and scientific excellence of HUN-REN EK contribute to the implementation of the competence development work package in the areas of policy, technology, and financing.

EUROPEAN RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR GAS AND ENERGY INNOVATION (ERIG)
The European Research Institute for Gas and Energy Innovation (ERIG) is an international non-profit organisation that promotes, alongside renewable energy sources, the role of gas within Europe’s energy transition. ERIG supports SIEA in the organisation and management of the project and, in cooperation with NFFKÜ, leads the Communication and Dissemination work package, including stakeholder engagement activities.

AUSTRIAN ASSOCIATION FOR THE GAS AND WATER INDUSTRY (ÖVGW)
The Austrian Association for the Gas and Water Industry (ÖVGW) is an independent interest group founded in 1881. The association is non-profit and represents the interests of its members, including natural gas network operators, control area managers, and water supply companies. ÖVGW is an associated partner of the project and will act as a multiplier and communication channel for Austrian gas and water utilities as well as the gas appliance industry. ÖVGW contributes to competence development in the areas of regulation and standardisation, as well as to exploration activities.

HYDROGEN PARTNERSHIP AUSTRIA (HYPA)
Hydrogen Partnership Austria (HYPA) supports the advancement of the Austrian hydrogen industry. The joint platform ensures continuous information exchange between companies, researchers, public authorities, and civil society, fosters networking, provides international visibility, and offers an overview of funding opportunities as well as updates on current developments in the hydrogen sector. As a supporting partner of the project, HYPA acts as a multiplier and communication channel to reach the Austrian hydrogen ecosystem and promote stakeholder engagement. HYPA directly contributes to competence development in the areas of policy, technology, and financing, supports the mapping and identification of value chains, and contributes to project development activities.
